About Us
We are Jessica de Bruijn and Walter van Gulik, originally from Bodegraven, Netherlands. With backgrounds in hospitality and event management, we followed our dream of starting a business in Curaçao. Since 2015, we’ve been renting out charming apartments and studios.

Beleef Curaçao Apartments consists of two villas located on the same street, Kaya Vivaldi.
Kaya Vivaldi 31
This villa features three ground-floor apartments, a detached studio, and a penthouse on the upper floor. It offers a private pool, outdoor bar with barbecue, and several sunbeds. Each apartment has its own outdoor seating area. There’s ample parking within the gated property.
Kaya Vivaldi 16
This villa has three luxury apartments, each with two bedrooms and a private terrace. A large shared pool is at the center, surrounded by sunbeds, a spacious balcony with seating, and a barbecue. The villa also has gated parking. Details are available on our website.
